merry christmas

I hope that you are all safe and warm where you are supposed to be for the holidays. While we will miss seeing extended family this year, we are quite content to stay holed up at home where it is warm and dry.

We got a lot of rain here yesterday and last night, but our good friend, Matt braved the weather to come and visit for a few hours. It was great to see him again!

The girls are napping with thoughts of opening gifts in their heads. All of the girls (mom included) opened 1 gift this morning after a great pancake breakfast a la Kelly.

After nap (girls), work (K) and knitting time (me), we'll eat, be merry and exchange gifts. It should be really fun this year. We'll be sure to get video and pics to share.

Love to you all.

I will miss seeing all of you but I am very glad you are home safe and warm instead of out the the roads in this cold. Enjoy your five days at home and we all wish you a very Merry Christmas.
