Today Olivia had her first haircut....that is the first haircut where she told Melissa how much to cut off. She also got to have her hair washed and conditioned in the big chair just like mom.

Wow, she is growing up so fast. I hope she likes her new cut, but I guess if she doesn't "it will grow back".
