I took some new pictures today and will try and post them soon. She's already changing. She's starting paying attention to the mobile in her crib and the girls enjoy holding her - until she cries.
Alice: waaaaaa
Olivia: OK. I'm done now. No more crying baby.

You are right, she is changing, she becomes more beautiful every day, Mom looks beautiful too.
What a nice picture!! It's nice when you can spend time cuddling Alice. They grow up so fast, so enjoy this time. Give her a squeeze from Grandpa and Grandma too.
