Another busy weekend!
Friday night we celebrated Hannah's birthday. We had cake and the girls played very nicely together. Diego's Rescue Treehouse was a big hit along with the polly pockets and a couple of the new puzzles.
Saturday Olivia had her last dance class so everyone was invited to come and watch a demonstration of what they usually do during class. Hannah got to run around and dance a little bit too, so that was fun to watch. We decided we could use a large semi-padded room in our next house. :) After class we went out for muffins and hot cocoa. Lisa came along too!
The rest of the weekend was spent working on our to-do list. We finished the painting in the basement which included the poorly lit stairwell. Kelly pulled up the carpet on the stairs. Many loads of laundry were done and we set up the double bed in the upstairs playroom for Van and Dede to use this weekend. We also did all of our grocery shopping for the weekend. There's still some stuff to do before Wed, but we got a lot of the list crossed off.
We're all counting the days until Grandpa and Grandma get here.

Doesn't it feel good to get a lot of jobs done? We're really waiting for our Thanksgiving trip to Illinois.
I'm going to miss going down to Illinois this year!!! Hope you have fun. Can't wait to see your basement sometime! Love you all!
