A year ago we were stressing out about selling our house and buying a new one. I'm so glad that's over! A year later we are still enjoying our new house. We love the yard and the trees and yes, even the wildlife (except for the ladybugs - kelly's not so fond of those). Saturday we saw 3 deer go through the yard and today we discovered this big toad. All of the girls wanted to hold him - yes, even Alice! We were afraid she would hurt him though. She doesn't really understand the idea of being gentle yet.

It is wonderful to have the space you have at your house, the girls will enjoy being outside so much with the space they have to run around in. It's not often you would see deer walking through your yard, but it is a great sight to see. I am glad you all enjoy this home and area so much.
I would have loved to see Alice holding the toad, she's got to keep up with those older sisters!! I can tell the girls love the wildlife, I'm so glad you are enjoying your house and yard, it's lovely.
