It was below freezing this morning, but we still ventured out to the Eggstravaganza at West Side Park. It's funny because it's not really an Easter egg hunt by any stretch of the imagination. They throw a bunch of eggs on the ground and divide an area of the park into sections (1-2 yr olds, 3-4 yr olds, etc.), then they do a count down and all the kids run into their section and pick up as many eggs as they can. Olivia was all business, but Hannah was quite overwhelmed by the whole thing. She picked up 3 after much prodding from me. Kelly and Alice waited patiently in the van. :)

I'm so glad the girls got to go to the hunt. I knew the weather wasn't going to be the best, but with winter coats, they looked like they were comfortable. Just wait until next year, Hannah will show them. Hope everyone had fun!!
