Olivia insists on still wearing skirts even though it's colder. I told her she had to wear tights so she asked me to buy her a new pair. I went to Old Navy on my lunch and found some really good deals. Tights 2 for $10 and a skirt for only $4.99.
She loved everything I picked out for her and tried it all on right away.
She got it all on and posed and asked hannah, "don't I look like a rock star, hannah?" After they hugged and danced around for a bit, I thought I'd better take a picture. I took one and she looked at it. "did I smile? hmm...let's take another. there. that is a good one."

I love the contrast between the rock star look and the painter girl look. Seems to illustrate the wonderfullness of children exploring possibilities.
